Your Trusted Dallas Party Bus Company
Dallas Texas Party Bus is a group transportation booking company with over 15 years serving the DFW area. Since 2011, we've helped thousands of groups — school field trips, corporate conference shuttles, stadium tailgates, prom nights, and birthday crawls through Uptown — move across one of the largest metro areas in the country without the headache of coordinating multiple cars on the DNT or I-635. We offer all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds, so you'll know the exact number before you ever commit.
Our 24/7 reservation team is always one quick call away for logistics questions, group-size changes, or last-minute itinerary adjustments. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus handles smaller corporate transfers and rehearsal-dinner shuttles with powerful A/C and plush reclining seats — perfect for moving a group from the Adolphus Hotel to a venue in Oak Cliff without anyone circling the Dallas Arts District for parking. For large convention groups, stadium-scale fan travel, or multi-day corporate runs, a 56-passenger charter bus brings undercarriage storage bays and an onboard restroom for longer hauls.
We offer a massive variety of vehicles, meaning you never have to pay for seats you do not actually need. Call 214-540-6746 any time for a no-obligation quote!

Group Transportation in Dallas Made Easy
The Metroplex is a serious driving city. I-635 (LBJ Freeway) consistently ranks among the most congested corridors in the country, the DNT backs up through Addison every weekday afternoon, and parking near AT&T Stadium on a Cowboys game day means either a $50 surface lot or a 20-minute walk from a remote overflow spot at the Arlington Convention Center. Add a group of 20 or 30 people who all need to arrive together, and the coordination alone becomes a part-time job — unless one bus handles it.
With Dallas Texas Party Bus, you get all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds with zero hidden costs, a 24/7/365 reservation team always reachable at 214-540-6746, and ADA-accessible vehicles available on request. We've coordinated group transportation for school field trips to the Perot Museum, fan buses to Globe Life Field for Rangers playoff games, corporate shuttles between the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and Uptown hotels, and everything in between. Because we've run these routes hundreds of times, we know which approach road to AT&T Stadium closes first, which lot at Globe Life fills by the fourth inning, and how far a group walks from the rideshare drop at American Airlines Center.
You don't have to figure any of that out — we already have. Call 214-540-6746 to lock in your date!
Our Full Range of Dallas Party Bus Services
Dallas Texas Party Bus coordinates group transportation for every occasion across the Metroplex and beyond. From DFW airport transfers and Cotton Bowl shuttles, to wedding guest loops and Deep Ellum bar crawls — whatever brings your group together in Dallas, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 214-540-6746 to get your group moving today!

Dallas Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a large group in or out of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) without splitting into a caravan of rideshares is its own challenge — DFW is one of the busiest airports in the world, with five terminals spread across a campus that requires the Skylink tram just to move between gates. Commercial bus pickup at DFW uses designated Ground Transportation areas on the lower level (Arrivals) of each terminal: Terminal A at Door 14, Terminal B at Door 26, Terminal C at Door 38, Terminal D (International) at Door 51, and Terminal E at Door 28. Have your group coordinator contact our team once everyone has cleared baggage claim and is assembled at the agreed arrivals door — do not call for the bus until the full group is together with luggage.
We also serve Dallas Love Field (DAL) (8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235) for groups flying Southwest. Love Field's Ground Transportation area is on the lower level outside the baggage claim exits — a much simpler layout than DFW, but Love Field's proximity to the Lemmon Avenue / Harry Hines corridor means afternoon pickups still hit traffic. A Dallas airport shuttle bus rental handles the whole group in one vehicle instead of six rideshares with six different ETAs.
Call 214-540-6746 to book your DFW or Love Field transfer!

Dallas Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Dallas is serious about a good night out. A bachelorette itinerary here might start with rooftop drinks at Monarch on the 49th floor of the 1 Hotel Dallas (1 Hotel Dallas, 2555 N Pearl St), move through Deep Ellum for live music at Trees or a late dinner at Pecan Lodge, then close out at It'll Do Club (2806 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75226) — Dallas's longest-running dance bar, open until 4 a.m. on weekends. Even Dallasites who've lived here for years get tripped up navigating the one-way streets in Deep Ellum at midnight or finding parking off Commerce Street on a Saturday.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and premium Bluetooth sound — and there's no drawing straws for who stays sober. Your group stays together from the hotel pickup to the last call drop-off, with the itinerary in your hands and the route handled for you. Call 214-540-6746 to start planning your Dallas night out!

Dallas Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Dallas is one of the strongest quinceañera markets in the country, and a party bus arrival makes an entrance nobody forgets. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are fully bookable with a custom color scheme and pre-loaded playlist — pull up to a reception at Casa Blanca Event Center, The Centrum, or one of the massive event halls along Greenville Avenue and make it a moment. For Sweet 16s heading to dinner in Uptown or a VIP experience at AT&T Discovery District (208 S Akard St, Dallas, TX 75202), a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal-style entrance with leather seating and privacy glass.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th with a Deep Ellum bar crawl, a 40th with a rooftop dinner in the Arts District — instead of asking guests to chase each other across the city on rideshares, a party bus rental through Dallas Texas Party Bus keeps the whole crew on the same itinerary at the same time. We offer a massive variety of vehicles, so you never pay for seats you don't need. Call 214-540-6746 to plan your Dallas birthday celebration!

Dallas Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Dallas has one of the deepest live-music venue networks in the South, and every one of them comes with a parking problem your group shouldn't have to solve. Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 First Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) draws 20,000 fans in Fair Park, where the surface lots on Parry Avenue fill fast and the post-show crawl on I-30 East can last an hour. The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving stages massive outdoor shows where parking in the Las Colinas complex costs $20–$30 pre-purchased — and sells out for headliner weekends.
House of Blues Dallas (2200 N Lamar St, Dallas, TX 75202) puts your group in the middle of the Uptown grid, where street parking is metered until midnight and the surface lots on McKinnon hit $30 on concert nights.
A Dallas concert party bus rental takes the group straight to the entrance and picks everyone up when the show ends. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound to keep the energy up from pickup to first song. For stadium-scale events at Dos Equis Pavilion, book at least 4–6 weeks out for summer shows — July and August dates book out fast.
Call 214-540-6746 now!

Dallas Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate events in Dallas move between a lot of different zip codes — hotels in Uptown, convention space at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202), corporate campuses out in Plano or Richardson along US-75, and dinner venues in Bishop Arts. Shuttling employees and clients between those points in separate cars means separate arrival times, separate parking costs, and no guarantee everyone makes the 9 a.m. keynote. A Dallas corporate bus rental handles the route for you — and a minibus with WiFi and power outlets gives your team a place to work on the way instead of a stressed commute on I-35E.
The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center's commercial bus drop-off uses Griffin Street on the west side of the building, with the bus able to wait on Young Street; the attached parking garage maxes out at a 7-foot clearance, so a charter bus drop-off keeps your group steps from the entrance rather than running out of height room. For recurring conference circuits or daily shuttle loops between the DTC and downtown, we build a custom route around your schedule. Call 214-540-6746 to discuss corporate shuttle contracts and group rates!

Dallas Private Event Transportation Services
The State Fair of Texas at Fair Park (1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210) draws over two million visitors every October — the largest state fair in the country by attendance. The surface lots on Parry Avenue and Robert B. Cullum Boulevard hit $25–$40 per car, the surrounding Fair Park neighborhood sees residential street parking completely locked down by DART-enforced no-parking zones, and the I-30 on-ramps near the park back up from First Avenue to the High Five interchange by early afternoon on weekends. A private charter bus drops your group at the main gate on Grand Avenue and waits off-site, so nobody is circling East Dallas for 45 minutes when they could be inside eating a Fletcher's corn dog.
For private group events — family reunions at Reunion Tower, corporate outings to TopGolf in Allen, church retreats heading out to Glen Rose — one bus keeps everyone together and on schedule for one flat, predictable rate. Call 214-540-6746 and we'll build a transportation plan scaled to your group's needs!

Dallas Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Dallas runs late April through May — a roughly six-week window across Dallas ISD, Plano ISD, Richardson ISD, Frisco ISD, and the dozen other districts that serve the Metroplex. That compression means vehicle demand spikes hard, and the best buses go fast. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or limited availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, photo stop at Klyde Warren Park or the Dallas Arboretum, venue drop-off at a Fair Park ballroom or a Plano hotel event space, and after-party return — costs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months early, but $2,800–$3,500+ when left to late February or March.
Dallas Texas Party Bus works directly with parent committees and student groups across Dallas-Fort Worth to provide prom and homecoming transportation tailored to the itinerary, from the photo-stop timing to the after-party curfew. Call 214-540-6746 today to lock in your date before the window closes!

Dallas School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators trust Dallas Texas Party Bus for student transportation across the Metroplex because we're available 24/7 and experienced with the logistics of moving large groups safely and on schedule. Field trips to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201) use the designated school bus drop-off lane on Field Street — the surface parking garage adjacent to the museum maxes out at 6'8" clearance, so a full-size charter bus drops your group curbside without any garage-clearance scramble. The Dallas Museum of Art (1717 N Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201) and the Frontiers of Flight Museum (6911 Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX 75209) are two other top field trip destinations where coordinated bus drop-off keeps students together and out of the parking circus.
Private charter buses offer real comfort advantages over yellow school buses: climate control that actually keeps up with a Texas August, reclining seats, TV monitors with DVD players for movie breaks on longer drives, and overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just give us notice ahead of time. Call 214-540-6746 for school field trip bus rentals in Dallas!

Dallas Sporting Event Transportation
Game day in the Metroplex means choosing between four major-league franchises — and all of them come with parking situations that reward planning ahead. AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) holds 80,000+ for Cowboys games, with pre-purchased surface lots on Collins Street starting at $40 and the adjacent AT&T Stadium parking structure filling by two hours before kickoff. The I-30 and SR-360 interchange in Arlington locks up hours before and after the game.
A Dallas party bus or charter bus rental changes the math: your group loads together at a Uptown bar, arrives at the designated charter drop zone on Collins Street, and skips the lot scramble entirely.
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) sits a half-mile east of AT&T Stadium, and Rangers playoff games — the 2023 World Series run proved this — sell out remote parking within the first 15 minutes of availability. American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) handles Mavericks and Stars games, with the official charter bus drop-off on Victory Avenue at the north side of the arena; the Victory Park garage maxes out on sellout nights well before tip-off. One charter bus handles the whole crew for a flat rate while everyone else scrambles for the last $35 spot on Olive Street.
Call 214-540-6746 to reserve your Dallas game-day bus!

Dallas Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Dallas wedding venues don't make parking easy on guests. The Joule Hotel in the CBD has no on-site event parking for guests arriving from multiple directions; venues in the Bishop Arts District run on a network of small surface lots that hit capacity well before the ceremony starts; and properties in Uptown like The Adolphus (1321 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202) are surrounded by metered street parking that expires at 10 p.m. on weeknights and costs $20+ in nearby garages on weekends. A wedding shuttle in Dallas puts your guests in one comfortable vehicle that loops from the hotel to the ceremony and back — nobody in formalwear navigating a parking structure or walking four blocks in Texas heat.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding day itself, with premium leather seating and tinted windows for the photo-ready entrance. For larger guest lists using minibuses or charter buses, we coordinate clear pickup windows, staggered departure times, and a single point of contact from your first quote to the final drop-off — so your wedding timeline stays tight. Call 214-540-6746 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Dallas Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Texas wine country is closer to Dallas than most people realize — the Texas Hill Country Wine Trail runs through Fredericksburg and Johnson City, about four hours southwest on I-35S, and the Grapevine wine scene along Historic Main Street (Nash Farm Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051) sits just 25 miles northwest via TX-114 with half a dozen tasting rooms walkable from one another. A Dallas winery tour party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pour to the last — no splitting into designated-driver rotations, no coordinating pickups between three different Ubers at the end of the night.
Closer to home, a Dallas pub crawl through Deep Ellum — hitting spots like HopFusion Ale Works or The Rustic (3656 Howell St, Dallas, TX 75204) before finishing at one of the late-night venues along Commerce Street — is exactly the kind of itinerary a party bus was built for. Your group stays together at every stop, the bus waits nearby between venues, and nobody is stuck figuring out the one-way street grid at 1 a.m. Call 214-540-6746 for a free quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Dallas Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Dallas, Texas?
Dallas party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. Our pricing: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Pricing shifts with the season — State Fair weekends, Cowboys home games, and prom season all push rates higher.
The fastest way to get an accurate number for your exact date and itinerary is to call 214-540-6746, or use our online tool for all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds.
Where do charter buses park at AT&T Stadium in Arlington?
Charter buses drop passengers at the Collins Street entrance on the north side of AT&T Stadium, then park in designated oversized-vehicle areas in the surface lots on Collins Street. All event-day parking at AT&T Stadium requires pre-purchased passes — none are sold on site — and oversized-vehicle spots are limited. For major events like NFL regular-season games and College Football Playoff dates, the surrounding I-30 and SR-360 interchange closes to inbound traffic within a few hours of kickoff.
We recommend checking the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit to confirm current lot assignments and road-closure timing.
How does a charter bus pick up my group at DFW International Airport?
At Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, commercial buses pick up from the lower Arrivals level at each terminal — Door 14 at Terminal A, Door 26 at Terminal B, Door 38 at Terminal C, Door 51 at Terminal D (International), and Door 28 at Terminal E. Once your entire group has collected luggage and is assembled at the agreed arrivals door, your group coordinator contacts our team to confirm the bus moves to the correct commercial lane. Do not call for the bus until everyone is together — DFW's five-terminal layout means a partial group call wastes the loading window. For complete ground transportation protocols, review the official DFW ground transportation page before you land.
Can a party bus drop off at American Airlines Center?
Yes. The official charter bus and commercial vehicle drop-off at American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) is on Victory Avenue on the north side of the arena, adjacent to the main box office entrance. After drop-off, the bus parks in designated oversized areas in the Victory Park surface lots — pre-purchased parking is required for all vehicles on event nights.
The Victory Park parking garage on Museum Way has a clearance of approximately 6'10", so a full-size charter bus uses surface lot parking exclusively. We recommend checking the official American Airlines Center parking page to confirm current drop-off protocols before your event.
When is the State Fair of Texas and how early should I book transportation?
The State Fair of Texas runs for approximately 24 days in September and October at Fair Park (1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210) — typically opening the last Friday of September and running through the third Sunday of October. It's the largest state fair in the country by attendance, drawing over two million visitors, and the parking situation around Fair Park deteriorates fast on weekends. For State Fair transportation, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for weekday dates and 8–10 weeks ahead for weekend slots, particularly the Red River Showdown weekend (Texas–Oklahoma game) in early October when demand peaks across every vehicle category in DFW.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your Dallas party bus at least three to six months in advance to lock in the best price and vehicle selection. This is especially important during prom season (April–May), State Fair season (late September–October), Cowboys home games (September–January), and graduation weekends at UTD, SMU, and UNT (May–June). Waiting until the last few weeks typically means higher rates and limited vehicle options — lock in your date as soon as your headcount is confirmed.
For most other dates outside peak periods, 2–4 weeks of lead time is workable. Call 214-540-6746 right now to secure your date!
Popular Dallas Party Bus Destinations
A Dallas party bus itinerary can take your group to some of the best venues in North Texas — and there's a lot to choose from. Here's a look at six of the most popular group destinations in the Metroplex and what your bus needs to know before it arrives.

AT&T Stadium
Home of the Dallas Cowboys and host to College Football Playoff games, WrestleMania events, and international soccer matches, AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats 80,000 in regular configuration and expands to over 100,000 for standing-room events. The stadium sits at the intersection of I-30 and SR-360 in Arlington, and both highways see complete gridlock beginning two hours before major events. All parking requires pre-purchased passes — surface lots on Collins Street open 5 hours before kickoff and fill from the north end first.
The charter bus drop zone is at the Collins Street main entrance on the north side. We recommend checking the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit to confirm current closures and lot assignments.
Address: 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: 817-892-4161

American Airlines Center
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) is home to the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars, with a seating capacity of 19,200 for basketball. It sits on Victory Avenue in Victory Park, directly adjacent to the Uptown/downtown border — which means the surrounding street grid is already congested well before tip-off on sellout nights. The Victory Park garage on Museum Way has a clearance that rules out full-size charter buses, so all oversized-vehicle parking uses the nearby surface lots.
Official charter bus and commercial drop-off is on Victory Avenue at the north entrance. Post-game, the Victory Avenue exits back up toward the Woodall Rodgers Freeway for 30–45 minutes on Mavericks playoff nights. We recommend checking the official AAC parking page before your event.
Address: 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219
Phone: 214-222-3687

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) is home to the Texas Rangers, with a 40,300-seat retractable-roof design that makes it one of the most climate-controlled outdoor baseball experiences in the country — a meaningful detail when late-April games in Arlington still hit 95 degrees. The stadium opened in 2020 and sits a half-mile east of AT&T Stadium on Stadium Drive. Parking in Lot B (Stadium Drive entrance) and Lot C (Nolan Ryan Expressway entrance) requires pre-purchased passes, which sell out weeks ahead for playoff games.
Commercial bus drop-off uses the designated curbside zone on Stadium Drive near the main home-plate entrance. We recommend checking the official Globe Life Field transportation page before your visit to confirm current lot assignments and drop-off protocols.
Address: 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: 972-726-4377

Fair Park & Dos Equis Pavilion
Fair Park (1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210) is a 277-acre National Historic Landmark and home to the State Fair of Texas each fall, the Cotton Bowl Stadium (home to the annual Texas–Oklahoma game), and Dos Equis Pavilion — an outdoor amphitheater with a 20,000-person capacity that hosts some of Dallas's biggest summer concert bills. The surrounding neighborhood on I-30 East between Second Avenue and the Dolphin Road interchange compresses into one of the city's worst post-event traffic tangles, with all exits funneling toward the same I-30 on-ramps. Surface lot parking on Parry Avenue runs $25–$40 per vehicle and fills from the west gate first.
Charter bus drop-off at Dos Equis Pavilion is at the main entrance on First Avenue. For State Fair dates, bus drop-off uses the Grand Avenue entrance to the fairgrounds. Check the Fair Park official site for event-specific parking maps and road-closure advisories.
Address: 1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210
Phone: 214-670-8400

Klyde Warren Park
Klyde Warren Park (2012 Woodall Rodgers Fwy, Dallas, TX 75201) is a five-acre deck park built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway that connects the Arts District to Uptown — one of the most used outdoor gathering spaces in Dallas, hosting the Dallas TASTE food festival, free Friday concert series, family weekends, and corporate gatherings throughout the year. The park has no dedicated on-site parking; the closest public garages are under the park itself (entrance on Olive Street) and in the Perot Museum structure on Field Street. Both fill quickly on event days and during lunch hours on weekdays.
A party bus drops your group at the Woodall Rodgers entrance on the south side and waits on nearby streets during your visit — no parking structure clearance issues, and no meter running out mid-event. Check Klyde Warren Park's events calendar for current programming and special-event parking advisories.

Deep Ellum is Dallas's historic entertainment district, stretching along Main Street and Commerce Street between downtown and the I-45 overpass — a walkable block of music venues, bars, tattoo parlors, murals, and restaurants that includes Trees Dallas (2709 Elm St), The Bomb Factory (2713 Canton St, Dallas, TX 75226), and dozens of independent bars and late-night spots. On Friday and Saturday nights, the neighborhood draws enough foot traffic that Elm Street and Main Street effectively become pedestrian corridors — street parking disappears by 9 p.m., the private lots on Canton Street hit $20+, and rideshare pickup queues on Commerce Street can run 20–30 minutes post-midnight. A party bus drops your group curbside on Elm Street, waits on Commerce or nearby side streets during the crawl, and is right there at last call — no surge pricing, no wait.
Check Deep Ellum's official events page for weekend programming and street-closure advisories.
